Superior category 100% Sicilian, Nocellara del Belice extra virgin olive oil. Area of origin: Castelvetrano/Selinunte. Very dense and opaque appearance, intense green color with golden yellow glints. Aroma is spicy and herby, full bodied and persistent. Taste is medium fruity, fully rounded; well balanced with a pleasing aftertaste of tomato and sweet almond. This oil is ideal with raw and cooked fish, vegetable soups, red meat and all vegetable dishes.
