Earrings, Palace of Ruggero (SRO1)

These earrings belong to the Roger (Ruggero) series, one of the first series Christina had created. Here she was inspired by a visit to the Royal Palace of Palermo, and an ancient mosaic decoration (circa 1170) that she had photographed in Roger's Room, perhaps a bedroom. Item #SRO1
