Chocolate from the city of Modica is famous the world over, made using traditional methods that date back to when Modica was under Spanish rule. At that time, the Spaniards introduced the special techniques they had learned in the New World (Mexico) to Sicilians. To this day, Modica continues making its prized chocolate according to these precious and ancient traditions. Try this variety, enhanced by the addition of chili pepper.

Ingredients: bitter cocoa paste (min. 50%), sugar, crushed red pepper (0.5%).
